Description
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and Maintain SalesForce solutions; provide technical design documentation when required.
- Effectively communicate with business to understand their issues and provide solutions.
- Provide advice to other engineers in solution design, code development and maintenance
- Participate in requirements discussions and solution presentation to various levels of management.

REQUIREMENTS
- Expertise in SalesForce.com architecture, design and development
- 4+ years hands-on experience with the SalesForce.com CRM solution
- 4+ years hands-on development experience with Apex, Java or C#
- Strong knowledge and skills in: Apex, JavaScript, SOQL
- Good knowledge of Web Services (SOAP or REST) is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs
- SalesForce.com Dev Certification will be a plus
- Experience with structured software development methodologies/processes, change management, release management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be proactive and work under limited supervision
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Capacity for analytical thinking and rapid, creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail
