The successful candidate will act as an Eracent Software technical resolution focal point in conjunction with the wider EtB team (as required) and service provider. To communicate and resolve (collectively) technical issues with data in conjunction with the Data Mngr. Build, configure and develop the core Eracent application onto multiple Servers for the purposes of wider client deployment & testing. Attend (in accordance with LM guidance) external Project mtgs where an EAM tool-set installation is required. Adhering to EtB agreed project timlines & back-brief (to the EtB Hd & wider team) any potential bottlenecks and delays in a timely manner. Work with the Service Provider & User to develop the AM tool-set. Maintain the EAM tool-set on the RLI, SLI, MS and T&R systems as well as its associated equipment. Provide Eracent Technical Data and advice to other agencies/departments as and when required. Carry out and maintain Eracent Audit Up-Date process

Your main Duties and Responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage the development and deployment of IT solutions
  • Managing change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services
  • Take ownership of technical design decisions throughout the delivery
  • Facilitating project decision-making around the appropriate way to achieve deployment
  • Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.

Essential Experience needed for this role: SQL/ITIL

If you have any experience in Service support with Eracent/Technical management then this would be seen as favorable.
