UI Designer for web app (remote)

I'm looking for an amazing UI designer with a proven track record in clean user first designs.

We are a fast growing software company providing simple software to real estate agents and teams in the USA. design is our mortal weakness at the moment and we are fully committed to turning it into our biggest strength.

Customer experience is our priority.

You’ll have a real impact on the development of our software and be working to make the user experience world class.

This position is for someone who loves challenging problems, clean designs and working with a small team

What we're looking for

Excellent design skills.

User first design process (bonus if you use the jobs to be done framework).

The ability to take a complex process/workflow and make it simple.

Someone to own the user experience.

A regular week:

Designing UI for upcoming features

Getting feedback on designs from customers and team

Working on updating the design of our web app

Working on our mobile projects

Simplifying existing screens

What you can expect:
