Responsible for consultation with advertisers for the purpose of gathering content to create digital mail print products while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. The purpose of consultation is to facilitate the fulfillment of a product and design process. The digital suite of products consists of, but not limited to, direct mail postcards, flyers, and posters. The individual will develop recommendations regarding design layout, content, and format based upon initial consultation and actual content received. This data collection and consultation is done primarily via phone calls and includes follow-up support by letters and e-mails as required. All work is based within a specified timeline that requires various multitasking skills to reach required deadlines. This position oversees high end direct mail marketing campaigns. While working with a national sales force, the individual will consult directly with the SalesForce and clients, oversee the creative development and message, work with national companies obtaining co-op funds, track the delivery, and report the resulting metrics from the campaign.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily consultation with advertisers utilizing knowledge of the Internet and advertising principles via in-bound and out-bound phone calls, e-mail, and mail
Gather and synthesize data from consultation to build demographically targeted campaigns
Manage work assignments and respective workload by monitoring progress of the fulfillment process in order to achieve defined timeline commitments to advertisers and sales
Address Advertiser's Internet/Web design or fulfillment process question and serve as liaison between advertiser and the Designer
Develop, organize, and submit customized content packet with advertiser information for product design by a Designer
Work with internal and external resources to develop, write, design, proof, and print/distribute creative for campaigns
Work with external parties, customers, and key account representatives on the selection of demographic target lists
Aptitude of creative talent, familiarity with postal regulations, and understand branding
