Description
My client a major UK manufacturing company based in the West Midlands is looking to recruit an experienced Change consultant who has specific experience of working within a procurement change programme.
You will be required to review the current procurement processes and procedures and work with a team of consultants to identify and improve as required to help deliver a new environment. Experience of working within a manufacturing company would be helpful but not essential, any experience of leading a team that has reviewed tools and process and managed the delivery of change, would also be of interest to the client. It is expected that you will hold industry recognised change qualifications, six sigma for example, however the client is looking for a hands on delivery change consultant, so experience is key over qualifications.
