Description
The IT manager's role for the Joint Venture Co can be described as leading the set-up of the IT systems and their operational support. In this key position you will be responsible for setting-up, establishing, stabilizing and managing the IT infrastructure and the implementation of the architectural vision for the JV Co. This will include contracting with third-parties, defining processes and an operational model, managing budget, and managing the delivery of third-party solutions.
This role will incorporate a strategic plan, strong leadership and effective management with excellent relationship management
