Main responsibilities include managing a team within the RA registration team through recruitment, training and coaching to meet individual targets.During the above would also include taking responsibility of projects and providing input on submission strategies between registration teams. In addition to communicating the status of MAA's assisting commercial planning and facilitate compliance.
The ideal candidate has a life science degree background with 4 years experience in RA and at least 2 years in European projects. They will have a proven track record with leadership of successful projects and upward management success. You must have current experience with MRP & DCP and knowledge of eCTD submissions. Significant abridged license experience including full pan-European experience for new products.
