IS Functional Manager - SAP BPS/Finance "Invoice to Cash"
Contract - 12 Months
Location - Brussels
The main missions of our Department are:
Managing Information Systems (Writing Business specifications, coordinating projects, ensuring roll outs and production support) based on the requirements formulated by the Business.
Driving the Evolution of existing Information Systems, again based on the Business Requirements but also in concordance with the IS/IT Strategic Plan and IT Standards.
Providing the necessary support to the users of our Information Systems through our "Service Desk" Organization.
Managing 'Invoice to Cash' processes
Writing business specifications, co-ordinating projects, testing, ensuring roll out and support maintenance based on the requirements formulated by the business and the standard functionalities offered by SAP SD/FI.
Missions and responsibilities:
The IS Functional Manager will be integrated in the Finance Domain of BPS where we manage several processes. Our main contacts are other BPS Functional Managers, different business teams, end-users, business division and mills.
Co-design domain business processes with business owners
Inside BPS you will, after a work-in period, be responsible for several business (sub)-processes.
For this part, you are the single point of contact for the business for all the evolutions.
In alignment with strategic and annual plans, propose and implement continuous improvement plans for domain business processes
Collect and express specific business needs of domain customers with key users.
Manage the evolutions in the concerned applications in collaboration with IT supply.
Work in close relation with Domain Manager & other Functional Managers to analyse the impact of product evolutions on the other functional parts of SAP Leverage.
Provide application teams or Project Office with functional expertise
Develop functional training tools and co-design training tools with Help Desk teams
Report to the Domain manager on performance & progress
Follow up Budget & KPI's for the product part.
Master degree in a relevant subject or equivalent by experience
Several years experience with SAP SD & FI (knowledge SAP BW and MM is an advantage).
Able to cover both business/functional part as technical SAP configuration would be an advantage
3 to 5 years of experience in International company/transversal organization,
Processes and IT Systems minded .
Team spirit, user orientation, ability to adapt/understand complex environment are the main competences needed to fit to the function.
English and Dutch speaking is essential, French is advantageous.
