My client a major engineering services provider is looking for a new Content Administrator to join their team.
Main functions and Duties:-
- Dealing with queries and requests via e mail
- Managing telephone diverts to ensure 24 hour emergency coverage is provided
- Managing the administration of service contracts
- Returning data in a couriered, confidential fashion
- Using a communal Microsoft Access database to record obtained plans and to maintain a 'live' and up-to-date information
- Creating and issuing all of the official documentation
- Using the Oracle driven 'JDE' online financial software, to process invoices, raise purchase orders and to extract information on specific job billing matters
- Ensuring external staff are compliant with the confidentiality and that they have access to the necessary plans when needed. We have used a cloud server called 'Livelink' to guarantee this is done
- Deal with complex queries and build relationships with internal/external clients, as appropriate
- Coach other team members to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application
Requirements and Skill Set:-
- Competence in IT skills and use of IT packages relevant to the specific job responsibilities (specifically in XML, HTML)
- GCSE or equivalent level of education with passes at Grade C or above in Maths and English and preferably education to A Level or equivalent
- 2-3 years previous experience in either an administrative role preferably within a publishing environment
