Your tasks:
- Supplier Management - Assist supplier owners and managers in proactive supplier management, including deliverables, contract and SLA management
- Incident and Problem management - Minimize the impact of incidents and problems on the business by restoring the normal state of IT services as quickly as possible
- Release and Change Management - Coordinate the implementation of changes in IT services and ensure that standardized methods are used for efficient handling of all changes
- Software Management - Support the external service provider in the development, testing and rollout of software
- Configuration Management - Identify and report on configuration items and their relationships that support the IT services
- Hardware Provisioning - Organize the purchasing of hardware based on business needs and coordinate systematic renewal of hardware
Your qualifications
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field
- ITIL qualification
