Your tasks:
  • Defining, tuning and implementing the structure of the service level management according to organisation, policies, methods and standards within intranet platform services
  • Evaluating, recommending and implementing systems and tools for service management
  • Coaching other team members according to the client's requirements and standards
  • Evaluating, recommending and implementing systems and tools for availability and performance management


Your qualifications
  • ITIL foundation certificate is a must
  • Previous experience in a global environment
  • Experience within intranet platform services
  • Coaching experience desirable
  • Excellent English skills
