Your tasks:
- Defining, tuning and implementing the structure of the service level management according to organisation, policies, methods and standards within intranet platform services
- Evaluating, recommending and implementing systems and tools for service management
- Coaching other team members according to the client's requirements and standards
- Evaluating, recommending and implementing systems and tools for availability and performance management
Your qualifications
- ITIL foundation certificate is a must
- Previous experience in a global environment
- Experience within intranet platform services
- Coaching experience desirable
- Excellent English skills
