Internal Recruiter (interim)
Internal Recruiter (interim) - To work for a leading Government Department on a 6 month engagement. This is an urgent role so you must be available at short notice.
Internal recruiter will perform these Key tasks of the role include:
Liaise with Cabinet Office HR team with regards to advertising of roles within tight deadlines.
Compiling shortlists of CVs for all vacant roles.
Drafting interview questions and assessment forms.
Write job descriptions for management and technical staff if required.
Management of all recruitment administration for vacancies including tracking, coordination and interview set up.
Participate in interview panels and track assessment of candidates.
Providing feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates.
Undertake any other duties as directed by Service Design Product Manager.
