Enterprise Architect - Dutch Mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Brings knowledge on technological developments and trends
- Awarded benchmarks based on market knowledge
- Monitors the reference architecture (blueprint) Market
- Advises on the architecture of the value chain
- Applies best practices to eg data security.
- Makes the translation to non-technicians
- Contributes to the preparation of multi-annual and annual planning from vision and expertise in feasibility and risk
- Monitors also the governance of business and technological level
Technical skills:
Has experience (IT) governance processes in large and complex organizations
Has experience with reference architecture (drafting, managing, monitoring, communicating): knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or other necessary
Knowledge of quality frameworks for information security (COBIT, ISO2700x)
Has knowledge of the situation and trends in the market of personnel systems and benchmarking: the classics such as ERP systems (PeopleSoft, SAP HR,) and challengers in the market (Workday)
Has insight into personnel issues and knowledge of what different systems can do this: soft and hard HR (payroll systems, comp & ben, talent management, workforce planning) and information retrieval
Have an understanding of the developments in the field of knowledge engineering (Open Linked Data, Semantic Web)
Has experience with business cases
Is independent of technology and vendors
