Senior Business Analyst SQL
You will be working as a Business Analyst, delivering a quality service to business clients. You will have the opportunity to discuss requirements with users from a conceptual level all the way through the process to implementation. You will also have the ability to build those solutions, using dedicated development resources where needed, but also with the opportunity to have hands on experience of development. You understand the investment business; know how to deal with demanding clients, manage your time effectively across multiple projects, and adapt rapidly to a continuously changing environment.
Your main responsibilities
As part of a divers IT team work on and propose solutions for business requirements and problems.
Develop comprehensive requirements specifications with an accurate estimate of cost, time and resources
Participate in several change and improvement projects and programs
Support the development of business cases and the prioritisation process
Co-ordinate and monitor execution of the proposed solutions
Occasionally provide support to the daily operational processes
Your experience and skills
2+ years of relevant experience within a financial organisation
Good documentation skills: writing requirements documents and functional designs, reviewing technical designs
Excellent people & communication skills
Business analyst and process design skills
Skills in using a variety of IT tools
Knowledge of SQL language
