IT Delivery Manager/Project Manager
Essential Criteria;
- 10-15 years total PM experience
- Experienced using IBM BPM (Business Process Management)
- Must come from Software development background - 5 years+ (Mainframe, Java/.NET)
- 5 years+ recent PM experience (software development projects, full life cycle)
- Must have managed software development projects on a continuous basis over the past 3 years
Ideal Experience;
- Worked on at least 1 Web based SOA developments project
- Managed a team of 10 people or more
- Have technical awareness of architectures & technologies
- Ideally worked on one agile project, agile awareness is a must
- Ideally customer facing or channels projects
* Must have some financial experience, preferably banking experience
* Must have experiences in delivering projects using IBM BPM tool for workflow/process management
* Must have experience managing multiple projects in parallel in a fast turnaround environment
* Experience of working with business and IT stakeholders
* Good business analysis skills
* Good communication, interpersonal and written skills
* Successful track record of delivery
