Mobile Device Management Support Engineer - ( MDM - Troubleshooting - Administration - SAP Afaria - VMWare - MobileIron - SAP Afaria - Level 2 - level 3
Base location: Helsinki or The Hague
Budget: euro 400- euro 420 Per Day
Contract Length: 6 months (Extension on Offer)

Required for L2/L3 support on Mobile Device Management:
- This role requires you to be part of a technical support team giving Support in understanding the customer requirement, design & implement the MDM platform & provide support
- This role is responsible for being at Onsite/Off-shore for technical troubleshooting kind of activities
- This role is responsible for administration MDM platform & support wide variety of mobile devices with different platforms
- Experience on Asset life cycle management.
- Usage of tools for troubleshooting purpose.
- MDM consulting and Implementation (MobileIron, SAP Afaria, AirWatch, Tangoe, SOTI, Citrix XenMobile VMWare AirWatch etc)
- MDM Product fitment and selection for Tier 1/Tier 2 customers based on requirements
- MDM deployment design and configuration
- Understand the Network Topology and Network Architecture design for MDM deployment
- MDM redundancy, failover and load balancing. (Clustering)
- 3rd Party Payment gateway integration and PCI Compliance
- Presales and consulting
- Mobile solution design and development
- MAM (Mobile Application Management)/MCM (Mobile Content Management)- Implement, Test & Configure
Profile:
- This position is responsible for configuration, performance tuning, administration, and troubleshooting of a Mobility Management Platform in global environment. Essential Functions:
- Must have strong foundation in mobile device hardware and software
- Must be comfortable resolving issues within service level agreement timelines at the direction of MDM Vendor Administrators.
- Should possess practical experience to handle IT technical problems.
- Will perform periodic maintenance on MDM systems to avoid any major service interruption.
- Assists in the deployment and management of mobile business applications
- Creates and configures end user devices for native applications and workflows
- Under the direction of MDM, this position will create, configure and manage security and application policies.
- Troubleshoot environment Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor Degree in IT related field or at least 2 years of Mobile Device Management experience. Specifically MobileIron:
- Good understanding of multiple IT Infrastructure components (AD, Messaging, Wintel Servers, storage, data/voice communications, etc.) and how they combine to provide an IT Service.
- Attention to detail combined with analytical problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interacting with peers, management and users
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
- Should have exposure to Windows operating system for Desktops/Laptops & Windows/Non-Windows OS for Mobile Devices.
- Incident management based on SOP's and escalation to On-site Support.
- Telephonic and Email based Support to User/Vendor management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with client users.
