Your tasks:
- Design and Specification of integrated SAP-based Sales and marketing processes with SAP CRM 7.1 on HANA and SAP ECC 6.0 SD
- Integration aspects into EDI, Webshops, Master Data systems etc.
- Realization specification, customizing and system configuration
- Testing support and training conception and support
- Consulting in central release build projects as well as in Europe-based rollout projects
- Localization of sales & marketing processes in European countries
Your qualifications
- SAP CRM 7.1 Sales & Marketing Know How
- CRM Billing / Pricing Knowledge
- CRM Order Processing, Lead & Opportunity Management Knowledge
- Integration of SAP CRM with SAP ERP FI/CO Know How
- SAP ERP SD Know How
- ABAP Objects programming Know How
- Good technical understanding of SAP platform and integration aspects
- 5-6 years practical experience SAP CRM
- Master Data Management (SAP Business Partner, Product Master Data) Know How
- IC Webclient / Contact center processes Knowledge
- Activity Management Knowledge
- Understanding in Groupware Integration
- SAP CRM on HANA Know How
- CRM WebUI Know How
