Complaints Manager - London - £250 per day - Immediate Start
My client, a growing financial services company based in London, urgently requires an experienced Complaints Manager to join them for key project work.
Experience required:
- Information From Lenders (IFL) complaints management, including FOS referrals and FOS invoices experience.
- Fixed deposit query resolution
- PPI claims and PPI policy experience
- CPP claim management experience
- Experienced managing litigation cases
- Stock management experience
Rate: £250 per day
Location: London (central)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 4 Months +
