Description
I'm currently recruiting for a Large Trust in Yorkshire for a Medical Staffing Project Manager. The aim of the project is to discover overpayments made previously within the Trust and then hold to account people responsible. You will need to be able to deliver a successful CIP target ensuring processes are in place to implement changes throughout the Trust. This role will be a mix of Medical Staffing and ESR/ Payroll.You will need to be a strong negotiator and an excellent communicator with a great understanding of Medical contracts and the importance of these contracts to the clinicians.
Key Skills:
- Must have experience working with project assignments with Medical Staffing/HR including CIPS
- Strong leadership working within an Acute Trust within Medical Staffing
- Experience with working with the ESR systems and payroll
- Must be able to gather and analyse specific data related to costs and Medical HR
- In depth knowledge of Medical contracts
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Workforce CIP Programmes to meet the Trust's targets
- Work alongside the HR Director to analyse issues that had occurred and offer solutions to improve the Trust's procedures.
This assignment is initially a 3 month contract with huge potential of extension.
