Great position available for a Senior Business Analyst with Significant Telecommunications background, to work for a Market leading Telecommunications client based in Amsterdam - Holland. Excellent rates Avaialable, 12 month Contract position.

Key Experience:
- 15 years and above work experiences in telecommunications industry with proven track record

- Fluent English is needed, Dutch preferred.
- KPN BSS project experience is preferred
Main Duties:
- Define the business processes and perform any business process re-engineering required before the application is designed from a technical perspective.
- Design and deliver new value-added processes for the client, based on a combination of deep process skills and broad industry knowledge.
- Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level requirements.
- Identify and define business process and application requirements.
- Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the new requirement
- Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in reviews of the designs and prototypes to ensure that they fulfil the requirements.
- Responsible in leading and control the whole requirement analysis process flow and update the progress to stakeholder and BPO director regularly
- Provide high level scope and total estimation cost of fulfilling the requirement
- Gather and produce requirement document and support advanced reporting requirements
- Identify potential risk prior to production change
- Obtain official sign-off from Carrier Stakeholder to proceed with recommended solution
- Inform Change Management when Build Stage is completed
- Ensure the client's leadership authorizes all work activities
- Record and share all the operational related issues and their resolutions.
- Serve as a resource for the solution architects as they evaluate requirement and business support needs and design the requirement solution products.
- Responsible for complying the policy in the design of the BSS system.
- Keep track of the new requirements/change in requirements of the Project.
