Job Description:

Applying the core OCM approach, under the supervision of the OCM lead during the rollout of the countries assigned to the OCM manager.

This includes:

  • Planning the organizational change approach and activities for a particular rollout and ensure their execution in alignment with other activities for this rollout at local level (BU/Country).

These tasks focus on the people side of changes:

  • Organization and job role changes
  • Process changes
  • Communication
  • Training
  • Adoption
  • Understanding and estimating the OCM needs during the business case phase
  • Managing OCM workshops for the country rollout
  • Supporting the local representatives to define their communication and training plan
  • Working with the business representatives during early life support to facilitate adoption
  • Following KPIs and discussing with the OCM lead the strategy to define for continuous adoption

Professional & Leadership experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in participating in OCM related tasks like communication and training
  • Knowledge of project management and workshop organization
  • Used to working in a project mode and deliver tasks within timelines
  • Very good command of English: all material and workshops to be conducted in English
  • Prepared to travel within Europe (in some cases USA)
  • Fluent (verbal & written) in another European language eg French, German, Spanish, Italian

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with the Salesforce application
  • Experience in sales
  • Knowledge of remote training tools like Adobe Connect
