Channels Analyst required to join our financial services client in Edinburgh on a 6 month contract basis.
The Channels Analyst will work on strategic developments to ensure that channel management activities continue, including; ad hoc updates, delivery of BAU project activities, support for channel management activities and incident support.
Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:
The selected candidates should have experience of the following:
* Online Channels Analysis, Reporting and Improvement
* Understanding of project management
* Channel Performance Analysis
* Develop online services processes
* Service monitoring, improvement and testing, including acting as an escalation point for issues and complaints
