Description
My client is looking to recruit for a motivated Medical Staffing Manager to join a large Acute Trust in the North West.The Acute Trust is moving through a major change and requires a Medical Staffing Manager to direct and support the transformation of the department and Trust as a whole.
You will be directing a team of 4 Medical Staffing professionals ensuring there is complete support with the day-to-day operation of the Medical Staffing department.
Key Skills:
- Must have NHS experience and worked within Medical Staffing
- Understanding of all Medical Staffing procedures and policies
- Knowledge of the new consultants contract
- Experience of monitoring EWTD requirements
- Must have experience of Directing a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide appropriate advice on Medical Staffing issues
- Ensure correct application of employment, legislation, policies and procedures are implemented throughout the Trust
- Direct a team of 4 medical staffing professionals
- Liaise with the Head of Medical staffing with regards to job planning, revalidation and developing new policies and procedures with certain aspects of Medical Staffing
This position is initially for 6 months and is paying a day rate of £250 per day.
