My client in a desirable location in the North West is looking to recruit an Interim Medical Staffing Advisor. The HR department are re-organising there services to meet the current changes of the Trust. This Trust requires an organised, motivated, driven individual to be able to operate under tight deadlines and work with the Trusts needs and specific requirements. Must have in-depth understanding of Medical Staffing and the importance of the service with the TrustKey Skills:
- Must have experience working within Medical Staffing within a Trust
- Understanding of all policies and procedures used within Medical Staffing
- Experience working with Junior Doctors Rotas and recruitment
- Understanding of EWTD legislation
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Medical staffing manager with the day-to-day enquiries and operation of the department
- Responsible of providing professional and comprehensive Medical Staffing advice
This interim assignment is initially for 3 months but I have been made aware that there is huge potential of extension. This role is paying £150+ per day depending on experience.
