The Successful candidate will assist to manage the IT Front door and implement quality assurance processes.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and show initiative to be able to work in an uncertain environment

To be successful your skills and experience will focus on the following;

  • Relevant knowledge and experience working in an IT environment
  • Proven ability to understand, analyse and communicate business needs and problems that can be resolved by IT
  • Demonstrated understanding of a working IT environment and the services it provides to meet the needs of the business;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders in a friendly and open manner, the ability to listen and negotiate appropriately; and
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle including requirements gathering, IT design, system development and maintenance methodologies.
  • Understand the quality assurance and control processes required to support SDLC.
