IT Administrator x 3 - Data Entry, Master Data, administration
My client a leading FTSE 100 energy company with offices in Sunbury is looking to recruit 3 x IT administrators on initial 6 month contracts. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Master Data Lead the Vendor Validation Administrator will support the Vendor Validation activities to ensure Vendor data is update and maintained. The ideal candidates must have Experience in Vendor data communication issuing and cleansing.
Role Synopsis
- Reporting to the Master Data Lead the Vendor Validation Administrator will support the Vendor Validation activities to ensure Vendor data is update and maintained.
Key Accountabilities
- Communicates with Vendors on a daily basis to clarify information and ensure accurate
- Gather contact details for issuing communications
- Update Master data records for Data Conversion
- Monitor communication performance
Essential experience and job requirements
- Experience in Vendor data communication issuing and cleansing
- Experience in mail merge and issuing of postal communications
- Experience and understanding of the business processes and policies
- A self-starter able to make decisions and progress initiatives independently and in an environment where information may be limited
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments to ensure completion of tasks within stated time requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with others to accomplish challenging assignments.
