My client and International Chemicals company is looking for an Executive Accounts Manager to look after their clients some of the largest international operators in Nigeria. This is an equal rotation role which is suitable for someone with the below profile:

The primary responsibility of this position will be to coach and lead the team to execute upon the Operational Excellence (OE) program.

- Operational Excellence consists of the following, which is to be accessible and up to date at all customer locations (reviewed every six months at a minimum).

- Customer Agreement Plan

- People Survey

- System Survey

- Personal Program Report

- Value and Innovation Team

- Business Review

- Self Assessments

- Voice of Customer

Other responsibilities include.

- Adhere to the Six OFC goals- SHE, Business Plan Attainment, Talent Development, Customer Loyalty, Productivity, and Accountability/ Excellence

- Identify support needed for district with input from DM.

- Share OE latest and greatest with the DM and district

- Coordinate OE training and best practice workshops

- Conduct quarterly scorecard OE assessments and roll up the results to the DM and OE Manager.

- Assists with the development of short and long range sales goals

- Assists with the development of succession planning

- Leads and coaches activities of sales personnel

- Build strong customer relationships- documented via a relationship plan

- Sell products and services to existing and new customers

- Develop and maintain sales strategies to increase sales and profits

- Handles special projects, as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5-10 years OFC sales and leadership experience

- BS degree, preferably in engineering

- Team player

- A self-motivated, proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and committed approach is essential.

- Good written, oral communication and presentation skills.

- Effective interpersonal skills with a 'can do' approach

- Sound commercial understanding and effective negotiating skills, with the ability to identify and exploit opportunities
