Change Manager required for my Northamptonshire based client for an initial 6 month contract.Role Purpose
The Change Manager will be taking responsibility for leading the change work stream for the Services framework project, working closely with functional leadership teams from across relevant areas of the business, GPMO and Global IT.
The Change Manager is responsible for the successful management, identification and implementation of new and amended processes, communication of these and the supporting governance framework by leading cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, execute. In addition to the process changes, the change manager will assist with managing the changes within the areas impacted to enable the teams to cope with the change and scale up for growth, as well as establish the resources and skills to complement the, teams, processes and governance model.
Key Accountabilities
? Establish the 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes in order to identify the level of change required.
? Plan and implement the identified changes, ensuring dependencies are linked to the technical
delivery.
? Assist with the development of a Governance model in line with the existing ways of working.
? Identify supplementary skills required for the management of the technical delivery.
? Develop and train the team to enable the new capabilities
? Communication to all stakeholders, adapting the messages to the audiences.
? Work closely with the rest of the project team to understand the deliverables and their dependencies
