Electronics, Digital, DDR2, DxDesigner, £40-£45ph, Essex, 6 monthsTHE PROJECT:
An Electronics business in Essex has an immediate requirement for a Senior Electronics Engineer who is a specialist in High Speed Digital board level design.
You will be working on a high speed digital interface where you will be using DDR2 memory in a truly cutting edge way.
The board you will be working on has FPGA's and Microprocessors on, although you won't be doing any work inside the FPGA at this stage.
It is highly desirable (but not essential) if you have experience with the Mentor Graphics DxDesigner package or designed for a Safety Critical environment (such as Automotive, Aerospace, Defence etc).
In this role you will be working with top Engineers in a challenging, but friendly working environment.
LOCATION:
This role is commutable from Braintree, Chelmsford, South-end-Sea, Basildon, Brentwood and Colchester.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Digital board level design
2. DDR memory (DDR2 or DDR3)
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
3. Mentor Graphics DxDesigner
4. Experience with FPGA and Microcontrollers/ Microprocessors
5. Designed for a Safety Critical environment
