Fixed Network Engineer (Field Maintenance - Instillation - Design - Testing - SDH - Ethernet - Wireless Broadband)
Engineer for Transport Network and SDH systems:
- Transport Network Supervision
- Problem solving capabilities within transport network
- Interaction with Field Services Engineering Team for troubleshooting
- Experience working in a Front Office environment for transport/SDH systems.
- Knowledge of SDH management systems and OSS.
- Ideally experience with trouble ticket systems (Remedy ideal but others if possible).
- Able to do basic troubleshooting on transport systems.
- Proactively manage tickets coordinating multiple parties in a timely and professional manner.
