Senior Java UI Developer - 6 month Contract - Dublin City

This well recognised banking institute are now seeking to recruit an experienced Java UI Developer. The developer is expected to be a Senior Development Member of the team with strong Java UI experience as well as having proven ability in how to approach, design and build enterprise-level solutions who is also ready to step up to the next level and also assume some leadership responsibilities.

The key requirements to be considered for this role include:
* 4-6 years of experience in JavaScript/CSS/MVC technologies (AngularJS, Backbone, Bootstrap).
* Well versed with design standards & frameworks.

Technologies Required
* Javascript, CSS, MVC (AngularJS, Backbone), UI frameworks (Bootstrap), RESTful WebServices, Ajax, XML, Application Servers (WebSphere/Weblogic), JSP, Struts, RDMBS - Oracle/DB2.
* Methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, Test Driven Development.
* Tools - Grunt, Bower, Eclipse and automated testing tools like JUnit, Jasmine, Cucumber/Gherkins
* Excellent project management, time management, verbal and written communications skills, as the job entails simultaneously managing multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
* Solid knowledge of SQL in the context of a major RDBMS such as DB2, UDB, Oracle.
* Experienced with XML (including schemas)
* Proactive attitude, ability to run projects with minimal direction
