We are a fast growing and well established company seeking to hire an experienced motion graphics animator to join our existing team. Prospective employees will ideally be located in the city of Chicago, but if you are not and want this position, we are open to exceptions. Work would start off as a full-time contractor with long term position as full-time employee.

Requirements:

MAC Latest OS System

Strong understanding of timeline based animation

Strong understanding of design: composition, color & typography

Strong storytelling skills. Can you tell a story with only graphics?

Well organized: keeping clean files that can be handed off to others with ease

Great communication skills

Highly detailed

Willingness to continually learn and embrace change

In words - You know that you are good at motion graphics, and animating objects with a sound track. You may or may not have done Camera animation or incorporated 3D into your work. If you have 3D or Camera animation experience, great! If not, it's fine. The main thing is that you can show us professional looking motion graphics and are able to explain every part of it when we do our showreel reviews.
