An Acute Trust in a great location in the North of England is looking for a motivated Medical HR Manager to join their HR department. This particular Trust is going through a restructure within HR and seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the Medical and General HR office. This is a great opportunity to manage and direct a vibrant team of 6 HR professionals through the change.Key Skills:
- MUST have Experience working in HR and Medical within an Acute Trust
- Strong knowledge of relevant employee and doctors staff terms and conditions, employment law, legislation/directives and working time regulations
- Understanding of workforce planning and redesign within the Trust
- Strong understanding of Medical staffing HR including job planning, junior doctor rotation
- Must have experience with training a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the staff within the Team is supported with any aspect of the restructure
- Deliver a devised training programme
- Advise team with existing Medical Staffing processes
- Liaise with Directors Liaise with all levels within the trust, including director, stakeholder, divisional managers and front line
