Experience within a people change, people culture transformation within a Banking environment.
The successful Initiative Lead PM will meet the following requirements:
* Non-technical business analysis / project management experience
* Strong stakeholder skills
* Experience with people change, SME
* Functional Knowledge of supporting People culture change programmes
* Experience within a banking environment is preferred but not essential
