Service Manager:
Security, Risk, ITIL, Governance, IT Security
This role shall manage and coordinate 3rd party suppliers for the IT Security Assessment Services. He/she shall coordinate these assessments with internal Business (IT) Customers under the governance of Group IGMs - IT Security Operations Function.
Main responsibilities:
*Manages and coordinates computer security operations activity to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient data processing of organization's workload
*Plans and develops policies and procedures for carrying out computer security operations.
*Builds systems capability that reflects the highest state of technical sophistication consistent with the corporation's needs and budget
*Focused on processes and service management providing a necessary bridge between IT technical personnel and business customers and users
