Service Improvement Analyst (LEAN)

Service Improvement Analyst required for UK wide performance improvement programme!
This role requires someone who has experience of service/process improvement across large scale operations teams. You must be articulate, a good communicator and confident in order to build relationships with operations teams and work closely with them to identify areas for significant improvement.
This is a fantastic role and one that doesn't come around often! You will have the opportunity to work in a successful LEAN service improvement team and make a real impact to critical area of the business.
Ideal role for Junior Business Analysts or operations staff with experience of delvierying service improvement in ANY industry!
Expereince or Qualifications in LEAN Process improvement will be highly regarded!
