Our client, an electronic manufacturing organisation, is looking for a Semiconductor Product Engineer to work on a long term contract basis within their major office. They are looking for a suitable candidate to join ASAP, with the position based in the Netherlands.Job Responsibilities
My client has 2 openings for Semiconductor Product Engineers for Mobile Audio department. One requires process knowledge and the other is for supporting the validation activities in development. Candidates of both skillsets are welcome to respond.
Development phase:
- Validation strategy & plan (derived from CRS, FRS)
- Implementing validation strategy (possibly activities in Labview)
- Validate and run qualification program (ESD, Latchup, HTOL etc.)
- Matrix lot analysis & limit setting for industrial test
- Root cause finding (ESD results, lifetime results, validation results)
Sustaining phase:
- Yield improvement
- Customer complaint handling
- Hold lot management
- Process transfers (C14P)
- Coaching APK/APB team members
Skill Requirements
As a Semiconductor Product Engineer, you will need to have:
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Physics or computer science
- More than 5 years experience in semiconductors
- Knowledge of CMOS processes
- Knowledge of Labview for validation
- Experience with class D amplifiers is preferred
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel
- Eagerness to learn
