I'm currently recruiting for a HR Advisor (Medical) to join an Acute Trust in the Midlands. This Trust is currently going through some exciting changes therefore requires an enthusiastic individual to be able manage a busy workload through thriving changesYou will be supporting the HR Manager and Director in ensuring the day-to-day operation of the department is completed. As well as managing general HR queries you're role will liaise with the Clinical side of the Trust therefore understanding of Medical HR is required.
Key Responsibility:
- Experience working in HR within an Acute Trust environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant staff terms and conditions, employment law, legislation/directives and working time regulations
- Understanding of Medical Staffing including EWTD, Medical policies and procedures, medical contrcats, junior doctors rotas, job planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day operation within the HR department
- Establish effective systems and processes to enable effective workforce planning,
- Managing complex administration processes
- Liaising with all senior levels on a regular basis to ensure all relevant strategic direction is in place
This position is for 3 months and paying a day rate £150+ per day depending on experience.
