I am currently seeking an interim mental healthcare Recruiter to support my client in a challenging and exciting period. They are an independent healthcare provider who strives to attract and retain the best people on the market. Their people are what makes their business so it's important they have the right workforce plans, skills and experience in place.
They are a highly regulated environment as well as being operationally and commercially focused so a need to be extremely fast paced, creative and outcome driven is essential.
As the interim mental healthcare recruiter you will play a key role in attracting and sourcing the best talent on the market as well as providing strategic long term solutions to retain this talent. The client is facing challenges around turnover and currently has a high volume of outstanding critical vacancies that need to be recruited. This is an extremely hands on role which requires a successful recruiter who has specifically worked within the mental healthcare arena.
You will also play a key role in the strategic development and direction of recruitment to the business. This will include utilising social media, creating direct sourcing models, supplier negotiations, recruitment process re-engineering, enhancing the employer brand and managing a small team of recruitment professionals.
This is an exciting and challenging 6 month contract that will give you the opportunity to make a real difference to the way they recruit and attract employees which ultimately will improve their end service.
