Global Salesforce implementation project looking for a Business Analyst to assist with a service cloud implementation.
This is a large scale enterprise level project looking for highly talented functional Salesforce talent! All skill levels are encouraged to apply but relevant experience is a huge plus.
Assuming this position you will be responsible for the following:
*Leading analysis and gathering business requirements
*Interacting with stakeholders and resolving client issues
*Liaising between business units and project team to accomplish company objectives
*Identify current data gaps
The qualifications are as follows:
*3+ years' experience in the IT/Business field
*3+ years with Salesforce
*Extensive service cloud implementation experience
*Client facing experience
*Relevant Project Management experience
*Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
*Extensive training experience
*Willingness to travel
Degree Educated
Salesforce Administrator Certified - ADM201 preferred
