Marketing Events Manager required for a 12 month contract working in Canary Wharf with a leading banking institution. In this position you will be involved in the strategy and delivery of several global communication and marketing events.

The successful Marketing Events Manager will preferably have a wide array of experience including previously working within a financial organisation. You will have worked extensively within a brand and events marketing role, with experience in planning and operations. Experience managing multiple teams is essential, both in house and agency, covering multiple locations. In the position of Marketing Events Manager you will be driving the innovation of new communication concepts and therefore must be comfortable creating and conveying new concepts.

As Marketing Events Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of sponsorship and events strategy, acting as integral part of the global marketing team. The delivery of platforms and events will also be an integral part of the role, as well as responsibility for budgets across a variety of teams and projects.

  • Vast business experience ideally gained within a financial services or corporate environment
