For a client of ours in the financial industry, we are looking for a Delivery Manager who is also a certified Scrum Master.

In the credit department, you will work on the project related to the development of a new acquisition application using challenging architecture SOA, BPM, Java.
The Delivery manager will act as a Scrum Master of the development team.
The responsibilities are:
- Facilitate day-to-day process activities of Agile software development/SCRUM helping the teams to define a efficient planning, to self-manage their iteration activities using a supporting management style.
- Remove barriers to team effectiveness with multiple suppliers involved in the scrum team
- Serve as communication liaison between the team and Product Owner, IT Delivery Manager, E-2-E Project Manager, and Stakeholder. Provide reports to allow management to get a good understanding on the progress within a sprint
- Report to SOLAR delivery manager on a daily basis the progress of the SCRUM team, the impediments to be solved
- Follow up impediments resolution with the concerned parties external to the SCRUM team
- Ensure team compliance with Agile scrum framework within ADM.
- Tracks team capacity and velocity metrics for planning purposes.
- Ensures self-organized teams continuous improvement - monitor and coach.
- Schedules, plans, and facilitates daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Use JIRA Agile to follow up scrum team workload with off-shore teams
- Experience with off-shore teams
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of Project/delivery management in multicultural and big projects (5000 M-days), preferably in Banking Credit domain.
Minimum 3 years of experience as SCRUM Master in big projects, preferably in Banking domain
Technical experience
Management of SOA and Web applications development
