Electronics Engineer, Motor Drives, PSU, Inverness, 6 MonthsAn Electronics Engineer is required for an initial 6 month contract for a leading consultancy that specialises in motion control. Working on surplus design work on a variety of projects, you'll be dealing with designs for the defence and aerospace industries primarily, working on motor drive systems.
This role is ideal for an engineer with substantial power / motor control / drive design experience, and offers genuine longevity with a lot of future work and projects on the horizon to keep you busy throughout 2015. This is an immediate requirement, with the successful candidate having experience working with:
-Analogue electronics design
-Motor drive / control design
-Power supply - low / medium power
-Digital electronics knowledge
-PCB design and development
-Aerospace / defence experience is beneficial but not essential
