Cost/Analyst/Project/Assistant/SAP/Accounting/Oracle/Hyperion/Reconciliations/Closing Activities/ Journal Postings/Preparation/Consolidation/Ad-hoc/ReportingI would like to make you aware of an urgent requirement from our key banking client in Bristol, who are looking for a Cost Accountant with cost consolidation and analysis of reporting experience on 6 month rolling contract paying between £195 - £225 per day.
You will meet the following Cost Accountant requirements:
Preparation, consolidation and analysis of reports
Variance analyses, processing of financial budgets and forecasts
Work shadowing and production of process documentation
Production of ad-hoc reporting
Experience in CSS transition and Knowledge Transfer
Ability to travel around U.K.
Finance processes literacy
Proficiency with Ms Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, text formulas, lookups, IFs)
Effective 1:1 coaching skills
Experience in documenting business processes in financial industry (required) and performing knowledge transfer (preferred)
Prior exposure to at least one of the industry standard software system: SAP
