I am currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager, the senior relationship manager manages the relationship between ITO and GBM IT asset class head/ directs Manage the global Relationship between ITO and the GBM IT Asset Class Head/directs covering: Financials, Demand Planning, Workbook Management, Estate Management (including evergreening), ITO Programmes / initiatives, ITO strategies / roadmaps and service quality.Key essential skills needed;
- Have a good understanding of Front / Back Office / Regulatory businesses.
- Able to translate business requirements needs into cost effective and resilient IT solutions globally.
- Excellent relationship, negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience operating in a Global IT team aligned to an Investment Bank.
- Operate at Senior Manager Level, demonstrating a broad Infrastructure knowledge
Skill set
- Global experience and holds Passport - international travel may be required.
- Stakeholder Management at EXEC level.
- Organised / proactive approach to managing issues.
- Works well under pressure.
- Strategic and tactical thinker.
- Change agent with effective negotiating and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated problem solver.
- Financial experience managing support / change budgets.
- Awareness of project management methodologies (Prince / PMP)
- Awareness of ITIL service management framework.
- Problem Management, diagnosis and resolution skills.
-Strong infrastructure awareness (networks, mid-range servers, storage, middleware, virtualisation and databases).
