You will
- Be responsible for the design of mechanical solution for a customer
- Take full ownership and management of product & design lifecycle
- Run tests: -Cycle Testing
-User Testing
- Designing/ Building Test Rigs
- Vibration Testing
- Random Testing
- Write product specification and reports on other products
- Re-design and modify existing products to improve product, cost and quality.

Desired Skills
- BEng or BSc in Mechanical Engineering discipline or similar.
- Mechanical Design experience from concept through to commercialisation
- 2D/3D skills
- FEA & Stress analysis calculations
- Knowledge of material selection
- Knowledge of fluid mechanics/thermo-fluids
- Experience of designing valves, meter, actuators, hydraulics, pneumatics, high pressure systems
- Knowledge of pressure equipment directive (PED)
