Looking for someone to come on board and focus on the HR Resourcing Recruitment for the Social Work Recruitment team. Need to have worked within a HR background to understand the HR Legislation and legal terms, however this role is focusing on the RESOURCING and RECRUITMENT side of HR for the Social Work recruitment for NCC LGSS. The team, 'Children Improvement Project' is being re shaped and driven through a centralised team Shall be sourcing.

Working with the Directors of Children's, Her/his PA, and the hiring managers within Children Services. Shall be - Writing adverts, Advertising, sourcing, guiding, releasing testing, compliance, on boarding, exit interviews, attending meetings. Also, shall be taking part in managing the Social Workers Agency Team - whereby they onboard every 6 months Permanent newly qualified Social Workers

The main attributes we need are:

Significant recent recruitment experience - using modern recruitment methods (Social work or care recruitment would be an added attribute)
Experience of using e-recruitment systems High level of attention to detail and organisational skills Able to balance a number of competing priorities
Excellent written and communication skills - ability to write up letters and withdraw offers
Experienced in and able to write professional reports
Experienced in and able to develop and use recruitment data Problem solving ability
