A leading R&D company is hiring an innovative Senior Android Application Developer to work on their latest mobile project. This exciting role is an opportunity to work on a ground breaking new product, work alongside experienced and talented software and hardware teams, and impact and define development and technology.
The main tasks and responsibilities of the Android Developer include:
- Android Application development including: UI, Bluetooth connectivity, Backend interface
- Working with our Mobile Lead, Project Manager and Test Engineers.
REQUIREMENTS
- A passionate, self-motivated, flexible and adaptive individual
- Maintain standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- 2+ year's commercial Android development experience
- Examples of Android applications in Google Play store
- Experience using Android services is a bonus
- Must have significant experience working in commercial development environments as well as on own initiative eg strong Java background
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with Bluetooth is advantageous
- iOS development experience is advantageous
- IT degree
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Location: south central Dublin
- Contract duration: 3 - 6 months
