Windows 7/SCCM  Desktop Support - Banking

How would you like a very long-term desktop support opportunity with a major global financial institution? I have contractors on this team who have been there for as long as 5 years and counting now!

Ideally you should come a banking/trading or financial services background. However if you have worked for major law firm or insurance company in the past, the client may consider you as well.

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:

- at least 4 years' dedicated 2nd or 3rd line desktop support experience

- Strong support skills with Windows XP/7, MS Office, desktop connectivity to networks, Group Policy and Active Directory

- A good understanding of PC hardware and printer support issues

- Some previous Windows 7, etc, deployment experience with SCCM

- A "can do" attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative

Any Citrix Management Console skills, Dameware skills or an ITIL background woudl be useful but not essential.
