Embedded C, RTOS, Real Time, Agile, Telecoms, Wireless Comms, Cambridgeshire, £40 - £45 ph, 9 monthsLOCATION: Commutable from Cambridge, Peterborough, Lincoln, Nottingham, Huntingdon
HOURS PER WEEK: Monday to Friday lunch (flexible on this)
THE PROJECT:
My client has an immediate requirement for a Senior Real Time Embedded C Engineer who has the ability to 'hit the ground running' on a fast moving project with key project milestones.
For this role you should be an experienced Real Time Embedded C programmer with RTOS experience (Linux does not count).
Due to the nature of the project you should be a dynamic individual who possesses a motivated 'get it done' attitude.
Experience working in an Agile environment is desirable, but otherwise a person happy to work in this way will be fine.
It is desirable but not essential if you have experience within Telecoms or Wireless Comms.
This is opportunity to work on a large scale Embedded project, that is in the early stages of development!
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Strong Embedded C programming
2. RTOS experience (Linux does not count)
3. Agile (if you haven't worked in an Agile environment you should be happy to work in this type of environment)
4. Microcontroller / Microprocessor experience
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
5. Telecom or Wireless comms experience ( GSM, GPRS, 3G, LTE)
